Setting up the Gym

The first step in our fitness vlog journey was setting up our garage gym. We cleared out the clutter, installed rubber flooring for protection, and optimized the layout to maximize space utilization. As we lined the walls with mirrors, we couldn’t help but marvel at the transformation taking place. Building our own gym gave us a sense of ownership and motivation to use it every day.

Selecting Equipment

With the gym set up, the next challenge was selecting the right equipment. We researched the best brands, read reviews, and even consulted with fitness experts to ensure we invested in quality equipment that would last. Purchasing dumbbells, barbells, squat racks, and various other accessories was like building a personal playground for our fitness goals, and we were excited to put them to good use.

Workout Routines

Now that our gym was ready, we started planning our workout routines. We aimed for a combination of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises to have a well-rounded fitness regimen. We researched different workout programs and consulted with personal trainers to create a schedule that suited our goals and abilities. Documenting our exercises and progress on camera allowed us to track our improvements and share our journey with our audience.
